These commies defend every dead criminal, except her. Wonder why?

No, I would not fear for my life in the least. Frankly, I'd be more concerned about the dumb broad backing me up shooting me than the perp.

Then you are willfully lacking situational awareness. How many cops in these situations are shot by someone other than the suspect?

the point we’re trying to make isn’t unreasonable. should the kid have resisted and attempted to flee? absolutely fricking not. but does that give the officers the green light to light his arse up with a glock? frick no. had the cop been qualified for the position she would have tased him and he would have been arrested, rightfully so.

Resisting taxation

You know, without representation.

Are you high?

There was clearly a struggle and they were wrestling in the front seat.

What was he scared of? The officer was black.

If being scared is a defense then I’m sure we could say the officer was scared for her life and just wanted to get home too. How is that any different?

You are talking about hypotheticals instead of the fact that she unintentionally shot and killed him.

Did you watch the video? She was behind the cop trying to pull the perp out of the car.

And this kid wasn’t?

Jesus what is wrong with y’all. How can you be so blatantly hypocritical?

I've already said she's wrong. I'm also not talking about a hypothetical. I'm talking about his choice to resist and the consequences for that choice.

It's not contrarian just because you don't agree with it (even though I'm pretty sure we both think this cop fricked up)

Probably the illegal gun he had

But I have no problem with charging the officer for neg. homicide. It's obvious she screwed up.

How many cops are shot by either their partner or another bystander and not by the suspect?
