The only killer I've ever seen get favorable treatment was Ted Bundy, but that was because he was manipulative, handsome, and charismatic.

Sorry, I should’ve clarified.
That was an ignorant statement on my part and a terrible representation of the brave hard working police officers in EBR. I in no way am trying to insult the blue.
What I should’ve said is, in that situation where CPS is involved for child abuse and the perp fought and fled from officer Carter. I BELIEVE he had the right to shoot at him. If the scuffle came after the perp ran, the no, you are correct the officer would not be in the right to shoot at the perp.

Yeah, let's hit someone with a tranquilizer and wait 5 mins for it to take effect. That always works well when someone is grabbing for your gun so they can shoot you with it.
