Report to the scene, flirt with the one who you think it is, pour some teacher's lounge coffee in your commuter mug, and split.
Then why the frick did you call the police?

How big of a pussy do you have to be to press charges against a first grader

Arrest and calling the cops did not need to happen. They should be able to paddle that behind until it glows in the dark, without fear of lawsuits.
The parents should be able to opt out of having their child paddled. They would be required to come get their little demon, pay an appropriate, pre-set fine, then keep the child at home for 3 days. When they return to school, if they act the arse again, the punishment doubles.
Would it possibly be better to paddle the parents each time their little darling acts up?

Ain’t no kindergartener that caused a miscarriage and you the person breaking this news.
The teacher didn’t sue the school, which should have happened. You probably would have heard about it then.
They do a really shitty job of discipline. We had a 4th grader threaten another preggy teacher a couple of years ago. Told her he was going to stab her in the stomach with scissors. Just crazy shite. The problem kids are allowed to go entirely too far before anything actually happens to them. Some of them sound like fricking psychos to me. You just don’t expect some of the crap I’ve heard about K-6 grade kids.

What a pussy cop. You can easily tell who isn’t a parent in this thread. “Hurr Durr the kid shouldn’t of kicked the teacher durr”. Its not shitty parenting, it’s kids being kids. One day when y’all hit puberty, you will understand

Kid being kids ceases to exist when a kid displays a pattern of hitting and kicking school personnel.

Yeah, no. It’s not kids being kids. Lots of kids make it through elementary school without intentionally hurting anyone. Certainly not physically assaulting teachers or faculty.

It’s called throwing a fit. Not condoning kicking a teacher, but I’m smart enough to not call it assault. Shes 6.

No, you stupid shite for brains. I, like most, realize the ridiculous actions of a cop putting a 6 year old girl in restraints.

I don’t know what this girl did, but I can tell you I’ve personally seen the aftermath of other “fits” from kids her age. When you intentionally hit someone in the face, that’s called assault. Certainly when you hit them hard enough to break their nose.
The kid who punched the pregnant teacher, I call it murder. He had been counseled and talked to about keeping his hands and feet to himself, and that she had a baby.

Jesus. Kids being kids?
I think people are overreacting about the girl being put in restraints. It didn't hurt the girl, but it probably got her damn attention.
I understand that even great parents can have a kid that just doesn't act right. So it's possible this is not a case of shitty parents. But not likely.

I'll bet the cop won't ever put restraints on a 6 year old again.
