There was this nimrod that used to post all kinds of stuff on my local Facebook yard sale sight. He seemed like the kind of guy that was always angling to make a buck.
In his yard he had a bunch of fig trees full of ripe figs that he showed pictures of. He posted that you could come to his yard and pick as many figs as you wanted for if IRC $10. Some people took him up on his offer and when they got to his house and paid, he would only let them pick about a gallon of them. He said if they wanted more they had to pay again. So it was not all you could pick for $10. Some of the people that went started posting on the site that it was a rip off.
Finally someone posted that when she went to this guy's house she paid her $10 and she discovered that all the figs that were left were up high in the tree and she couldn't reach them. So this nitwit guy gives her a ladder so she can reach the higher branches. And she slips off the ladder and falls and breaks her leg. She posted pics of her leg with a cast and said that the guy wouldn't help her after she fell and told her to get off his property immediately. She said that she was getting an attorney to sue him, etc.
For a day or two it was quite amusing to read about all this crap on a g and sale site.
The guy doesn't post anymore stuff, I think he was kicked off.

Wasn't on face book, but on eldoark (classifieds in south ark). It was a flex capacitor with a page long description. Been about 7 or 8 years ago a. Fricking hilarious!! Wish I could find it again
