I check and double check the locks on all my doors before going to sleep at night.

I'm sure I have many more OCD tendencies but this is the first one that comes to mind.

Oh, so you like things neat and in a certain order? Congrats on not being a slob but that's not OCD.

Whenever I visit a business and they have papers or business cards on the counter just jumbled up there I have to stack them neatly before I leave.

If tip of my thumb touches the tip of my index finger, I have to touch the tips of all of my fingers with my thumb in a certain order or it makes my brain itch.

I have to put my left shoe on before my right or it feels like I am off balance and have to redress from the beginning.

About a year ago the clock in my car was 7 minutes fast

I usually hit the snooze button once when I wake up (set to snooze for 7 minutes) and I have used this as some illogical justification for preferring my clock to be 7 minutes fast in my car.

I'm so used to it being 7 minutes ahead that I can't bring myself to change it.

Same.

My mic is so damn loud when its done and has a beep reminder every 20 seconds. Its awful. So I try to stop it with 1 sec left then clear the screen.

I prefer mine at 11 minutes fast.

This is actually correct. OCD is a compulsion. You almost cannot control it. It fricking sucks. Stress makes it even worse. Luckily, there are things people can do to help. Managing stress is #1!

Mine was 5 minutes fast for about a year until I changed it 2 weeks ago. It still annoys me that it's the correct time now. I don't know why.

I don't know if this counts, but I have claustrophobia. And when I get in a confined space, I lose my shite and can't control myself. And I avoid anything that might remotely make me end up confined.

Everything, home and office has to be level, squared and centered. Stop volume and microwave on even #'s

My wife will wash her hands. Dry them off. Then wash them again.

Every damn time.

That has to be OCD, but she has no other compulsive behaviors like that.

Always push elevator buttons with a knuckle not finger tip.

Always use white golf tees.

Got too many to name on the golf course.
