This lady has created so much smoke with her discrimination that nobody is talking about the millions of dollars that she has misappropriated over the years.
Soon she will file for bankruptcy protection and the taxpayer will bail her out. She will keep her mansion and her luxury cars, live off the millions hidden away offshore.

In this hypothetical, I believe you are correct in how this must be done. But, let me throw a wrench in there for you. What if you sending Sharon out in the field ends up permanently costing you clients? And you know this will be the case beforehand. So basically you have to wait a few months to fire her for cause, but end up permanently scarred as a company. Not fair. IMO.

It was. A committed transition would include modifying one's BC. The wording seems to prevent cross dressers or guys who want to game the system by acting as a trans but not being serious about it.
The proper way to pose this as an issue would be to highlight actual examples of legit trans females being denied because their BC still said male (or simply because they were trans.) It's almost a certainty that hasn't happened, which is why attacking an five year old, never enforced bylaw was the only way to create drama.
