Everyone I've ever met who lives in upstate NY complains to no end about how the taxes are disproportionately inflated due to the city.
That tax money proceeds to get wasted on dumb shite like this.
NYC is the most powerful city on this planet from an economic perspective. It needs to be its own entity.

This is what is fact, the climate is getting warmer and sea levels are on the rise, no doubt. This is my opinion...the earth has always don't this and if any of it is anthropogenic its probably like less than 5% of the effect...so there really isn't much we can do as humans.
