I think the only other two possible charges I've heard are obstruction of justice and theft. I think those would also be misdemeanors.
There could be civil matters, though. I'm not sure who brings those. Maybe the various law enforcement agencies who spent time and money on this.

I would expect this one to be the announcement of charges and possibly her arrest. I would think she would turn herself in with her attorney and she may have already done that. Eric Guster said in one of his lives that when he practiced criminal law, he turned his clients in close to midnight to avoid the press.
