CMS has done ten times more to hurt patient care than it has to improve quality in NH’s.

One of the nursing homes with 80 beds was listed as having 794 cases. That is meh? If only 10% of nursing homes have been inflated that much, that's kind of significant

these are the kinds of numbers that are being used to keep people quarantined and businesses running at 25% for the foreseeable future.
