I love this story. I'm a therapist at a SNF and we love getting the occasional young patients like you.

I believe every word of what you said - nursing home residents are so funny. We have one 80-something year old man who has a 65 inch smart tv mounted on the wall with surround sound in his room. Luckily this is a private room because he watches porn constantly. The admin actually had to move him to a room at the end of the hall because you could hear the moaning and pounding blaring from his room. He has no shame though. If you walk in while he's watching, he just smirks and shrugs his shoulders.

Same resident also got busted for giving his girlfriend Tylenol PM and whiskey. The nurses finally put 2 & 2 together after the girlfriend had about 5 falls in a two week period.

There really is never a dull moment in a nursing home. Good luck with your recovery

I wanted to upvote the entire post as a whole, but down vote the part about you tattling on the old man about his whiskey.
