Thanks for sharing this. We all have something like this to look forward to when our kids put us in a home. We should all be preparing now to be nursing home badarses.
I've heard nursing homes are having problems with old guys all jacked up on Viagra. Tp be acting like that, I bet you boy is on it. You should go down there while he's eating, find it and take it.

I had to put my mom in a nursing home earlier this year, it was a really nice place. They had a huge crawfish boil for Easter and mom and I were so surprised that the nursing home provided cold beers for the residents to go with the crawfish. I thought that was pretty awesome of them.
I also found out that many residents were also allowed to have a drink before bed if that was their habit. As long as it was ok with their Dr and wasn't an issue with their meds.
