Some could be respiratory therapists.
From what I’ve seen at most places I’ve worked....that is one group that loves to party.
Most of them smoke as well.

Between all the physical exams, procedures, surgeries, etc, you get desensitized to nudity. Even desensitized to touching other peoples bodies.
The job requires you to get involved in the most private and personal details of strangers' lives, with some of the worst people on earth and some of the worst problems.
So after you've been elbow deep in some thugs abdomen covered in blood during surgery or spent the last week with some 400 lb behemoth changing their depends and wiping their arse, getting naked and getting down with someone that you're actually attracted to is really no big deal.

THAT and prolly dealing with death and dying on a weekly yo daily basis.
Makes you wanna feel alive again after a long day/week.
Dirty sex is prolly an aphrodisiac to it. Hell, I’m just in PT and can’t stand hospitals for SNFs for that reason. Sexual healing is a thing.
