Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.
Regardless it should be de-funded by the federal government.
Tax dollars should not be used to fund NPR nor PBS imo.

Do you realize how little of their funding comes the feds?
The funding it does get is for educational purposes, which NPR puts out some incredible educational materials.
