Whites sometimes listen to loud music as well. I don’t see how a noise ordinance is discriminatory.

What I dont get, is when people who are in public..is when people listen to shitty music with the volume all the way up on their phones, without headphones. Be it any waiting room, in a store or etc.

I was ready to be outraged but up to 30 days in jail for playing loud music does seem extreme.

If we let all the black people out of jail, and, then we de-criminalized all crimes for the black people, then, we'd have more white people than black people in jail, and, THAT would be like having a USA that was not Racist.

Your premise is wrong. The report doesn't say that whites don't break the law, but rather it is not being enforced against whites. You can't tell me that whites don't blare some music. I did when I was younger.
