The % is the coverage of the area experiencing rain, not the amount of rain.

I would be more concerned with the total rainfall in inches rather than the likelihood that you will get some sort of rain. In short, you can have a much worse day in your neighborhood with a 10% chance and have no rain at all with a 90% chance.

I look at wunderground, and it currently shows Friday and Sunday as not too bad, but Saturday is almost 90% at all times. Could this still change, if so how much?

I think the Weather Underground forecast looks good. It is only showing .67 inches of rain for Saturday with only .27 inches of that at night. Only showing .22 inches on Sunday with that in the morning early afternoon.

I'm happy to be rolling on Saturday, but also starting to feel like this will be very 2012 like. Kinda sucked a little.

Endy will probably roll later rather than earlier....like a 7pm start time and just end it when the floats get to the Dome....

At least it won't get cold... 2012, after that front came through.. It got seriously cold, with high winds..

That's awefully late... I'm on 31-b this year, even if it started at 4:30, we wouldn't hit the Dome till almost 10..

Shorter range models are starting to come into range of Endymion, starting with the NAM. It looks good for Saturday, well as good as you could expect. Light rain depicted and shows as more of a second of blobs rolling over and ending rather than a big rain shield.

Thanks. He seems quite knowledge-able about these events.

I hope you are doing well today. Are you on a float?
