Does anyone remember those battery powered off road vehicle that were about three times the size of a matchbox car? They had a little switch on the bottom that turned it off or on, and some had little functioning headlights. Basically you could pop the shell off to getto the AA battery. Oh and the tires were kind of a hard rubber material. I have no idea who made them.

This was very popular. Pretty self explanatory. But for those who didn't know. You took a pic, it would shoot out the other end in front. And you waved the film back and forth and within a few minutes, you had an instant photo to show ppl. Now you just show ppl your smartphone.
This was more of a girl thing. But the phones lit up when they rang. And you could see the inside of it. Very popular at one point in the 80's.
Muppets were very popular in the late 70s, early to mid 80s. But the "muppet babies" craze was around 84 or 85. Which coincided with....
Cabbage patch kids. These ugly dolls were so damn popular back in the day.

This commercial is still referenced to this day.

I dont know why. But i remember ppl shaking the film back and forth like retards until the image came out. Not sure if it had any effect. But i def remember that.

You put the hard rubber tires on, then we'd put the soft foamy ones on the outside, made a dually.

Who here had a BMX bike? I had a GT Mach One. Could do indos(sp?) and bunny hops and could get some pretty good air on ramp jumps back in 5th and 6th grade.

Before Superstore you had Warehouse Foods on Jefferson at Airline just down from McClouds, the big purple building on Airline.
And I could buy a lid of good Mexican weed for ten bucks.
