There is a specific reason for this. There is flooding everywhere on the Northshore and I haven't heard one thing about looting.

If you're trying to blame race for the looting post Katrina and say that's why it's not happening in Monroe, you're way off. Monroe is 75% Black.

You're right about that. South Monroe/Richwood were completely flooded but there was no looting. Nola blacks are on another level of DGAF ratchetness.
