NorKo isn't going to attack Guam and I have serious doubt they have the capability to target Guam yet. Lil Kim isn't suicidal and he knows any attack against a US territory or US ally would be the end of his regime and his life. The hysteria the media is stirring up is laughable.

It reminds me of the Spanish/American war which the media at the time had a tremendous amount of influence in terms of trumping up a false crisis that eventually became a war
