The Charlotte Observer reported that Aimee Elizabeth Cook, 41, of Cornelius, faces 14 felony counts of animal cruelty.
Somebody found the suitcase near a trash bin outside the suspect’s apartment and recognized one of the dead cats that belonged to the suspect.
