Amazing work by NOPD, a quick response and they followed through on information they were given to catch the guy. It's a shame they can't perform like this on other more important crimes. Only thing I have ever seen them do is sit around with their thumb in their arse while a thief, armed robber, rapist or murder gets away. I guess they aren't scared of a skinny white kid like they are the rest of the thugs on the street

I don't think that's him. That street car tag looks like shite compared to other Reznors in the city. Not that the other ones are particularly good, but they're better than that.
