In the old days the NOPD officers used to scream out loudly to the other officers that they need to beware of the nutria rats and 90% of the time the perps would throw their weapons down and give up. I wonder if they are still using that technique.
The bad news is that these three idiots will wind up bailing out of jail within 24 hrs of their arrest.

I don't understand Lakeview. It has none of the good of New Orleans, but all of the bad of New Orleans.
My only guess is that cheap post-Katrina lots and RH grants allowed young professionals to have their "custom" home built and that this was enough of an enticement to create a trendy neighborhood.

That's exactly what it is. Soccer mom's love that they're "in NOLA" but felt safe being among other suburbanites
