Non-doctors of the OT: smartest subspecialty

Which specialty of medicine do you think the "smartest"/most well qualified doctors go into?
Just curious to see what public opinion is.
Spoiler alert: I posted actual most " competitive matches " further down. Post before reading.

Actually surprisingly correct answers.
Most competitive in no particular order (somewhat order) :
Neurosurgery (Neuro itself is completely non competitive)
Dermatology
ENT
Integrated plastics (do 6 years of plastics instead of 8 year traditional route)
Ophthalmology
Orthopedics
Urology
I'm sure I left off one or two, but that is normally considered more top tier.
Most competitive in no particular order (somewhat order) :
