Some folks just don't know when to shut the frick up. His kid will be the one paying for it as he gets older and is blackballed by every private school.

Like most people with his perspective on the world, it won't be his fault. It will be "racists did this to me....systemic racism....bigots..." or what have you. It will be everyone else's fault. That's how his side of the world views things.
Most likely he or his wife will eventually, if they don't already, try to move into the Lusher district so they won't have to deal with "the racists" and their bastions of suburban, white-flight schools, or the "ingrained racist culture of old-line New Orleans..." or whatever else he comes up with.
