Scott could do a lot for his image by hiring some undocumented workers from Lowe's to trim the weeds in the front of his business. His patrons will enjoy his compassion, and the property would look a lot better.

Thanks to the new one app process as long as you’re an Orleans Parish resident you can apply and test. But you don’t get priority for living in the district anymore. Tulane faculty and siblings still get priority I believe.

It seems rather sad that, at no point, has he had another thinking person around him able to tell him to chill the frick out by now.

If he was my boy, or even someone I sorta liked, I would have told him to chill. Where the frick is his attorney? I mean, does anyone like this dude enough to tell him enough is enough?
