I doubt he cares. Bottom line he did all of this for attention. Whether he thought it would help with his custody battle or just some free press for his business. If he really cared so much and had integrity he would have went straight to the school. His whole defense of well Nola came to me is moot. He still could have said I have no comment and addressed it privately. He is a self-serving, narcissist lunatic who cares only for himself.
He probably studied up on the "racist" meanings after the fact, as he cites Wikipedia as a source.
Did Scott's former-and still-better half just show up?

Yeah, they will probably change the Redskin name and Squaw name and then leave all of the others.

I think Scott should next set his target on the small craft brewers of America, an industry which is 95% controlled by cishet white males.

Yeah, hes' getting some pretty bad revies on The Courtyard's Facebook page....this isnt going to be good for business...

David Jackson reviewed The Courtyard Brewery — 1 star

I’m gonna redo my review since I was told to go F myself by the brewery in a private message. But they did say love at the end so it’s all good. I’ve been here multiple times. Mostly to eat the food trucks they have there and get out as quickly as possible. Weed infested courtyard with a few crappy tables. I didn’t find their staff to be all that wonderful nor was the beer anything special. There are way better spots in the city to drink at and you can support locals not California transplants that tell you to F yourself because you give an honest opinion of the business. Rather than private messaging me and acting completely unprofessional, why not put some of your energy and effort into improving the grounds of your business?

Honestly, they could've kept quiet without any negative repercussions. No statement was necessary

NOLA already has the best bad-arse transplant selling beer in town. The one and only Dan Stein. Scott looks like he's trying to emulate the greatness of Stein's social media presence.
frick Scott. I'll support Dan all day.

Its really weird that everytime i eat my favorite sandwich in the city (the Sam at Steins) and drink my favorite beer in the city (IPAS at courtyard) the owners hate me simply for my political views
Yet, they are the tolerant ones
ETA: They can hate me all they want, their product is too good to keep me away. I have no moral highground when it comes to my food and beer

I've been considering eating all of my meals from now on in Bucktown or Chalmette.

You are part of the majority of posters who are all up in arms and going to 'hurt his business'
Yet you have never been and never really planned on going.
Outside of this board and facebook Im not sure it is even being talked about. The reddit thread died on it two days ago, and those people actually frequent the brewery.

56 pages and still no explanation why these same hipster transplants are ok with the MG Indians using the same “racist” words KF summer camp uses.
