The OT is way more trafficed that the NOLA sub Reddit. You ask random people in LA about TD or Reddit I would bet most people won't even know what Reddit is.
And yes I meant the US. Look at all the posters from Washington, Oregon Ohio that still post here years after the joined for the rant.

Agreed, I wasn't comparing it to Reddit. There's not comparison, just pointing out it does have a fairly large presence.

Victims of the FDB.
Well, one was the victim of the streetcars I guess.

I would agree. NOLA subreddit I would think has more actual NOLA resident traffic.
FDB has more people that could actually affect his business.

I agree, but I think when speaking of the people who will care about this brewery and this news story, people will know both equally. Reddit is definitely a younger, more liberal population. Probably a lot of overlap with craft beer enthusiasts.

One of the reasons for joining this site as I mentioned before the PC BS...Also, Mr. Wood/NOLA.com made it somewhat personal..because I have a 'relative' on the inside attending said Camp...Mr. Wood provided his site and his business in the article along with Private Info jeopardizing the safety of Children...Left me mighty PO'd to say the least....The OT is a great place to vent and or expose Hypocrites like Mr, Wood..

They actually started a neworleansbeer subreddit.

These people are the "moral majority" of their time. Always preaching about how other people should act, always putting their nose in other people's business, always trying to project butthurt on minorities.

Tell that to Chef Rob and the Sammich guy
I don't find my way to the FDB too often but can you give me a short cliff on what happened with Chef Rob? I understand he was chef at CCBBQ before and "quit because he didn't want to re-heat food" but people were also saying they would go back now that he is gone. What did he do?

His name got drug through the mud here by a bunch of people who have never been to his business all because he was a douche on social media.

Made the best brisket this city ever had.
Then joined the FBD to e-fight the haters. And his family "got sick."

In my opinion TD and social media didnt contribute to his downfall. He seems like an alright guy, just troubled.
He made the mistake that Scott is, battling anonymous twits that honestly have no way of hurting him.

Second, Why does that matter? In this new age of liberalism saying what ever you do should effect every aspect of your life, the playing field is just staying level.

Wrong. Scott called me, one of his repeat customers, a racist b/c I don’t have a problem with KF summer camp.

You seemed really bothered while posting beers from there yesterday.
Did everything taste like a gose after you swallowed him whole?

Yeah, a lot of people distinguish the notions of simply having a different opinion than some of your customers versus basically telling people they are horrible human beings because they have a different opinion than you. It's sort of a different paradigm.
I can't say I will do anything different regarding my patronage of his business because of it (it's always been rather sporadic and probably will continue unabated as such), but I think a lot of people aren't recognizing the distinction set forth above and its potential effects as to your customers.
