LoL. Enjoy getting across the river.

I-10 to Port Allen, 190 to I-49, straight north.

Go to BR. then take 190 to 49. 49 all the way up. I personally don't like the drive through Mississippi. Just used to 49

This is what I'd do. If you luck out and don't get any accidents in Baton Rouge, you may be about a half hour faster taking I-10, but I wouldn't risk it.

Are 98 and 425 4 lanes?

This is the route I would take.

Taking Hwy 90 all the way to Lafayette to catch 49N would be my backup option. Anything to avoid going through BR at rush hour.

You thinking of 190 that connects to I-49 at Opelousas. 90 runs from NO to Lafayette south of I-10 through Houma and Morgan City.

One other alt route is to get on 110-61-LA 10-LA 1-LA 3170- US 167/71/ I49

About 40 minutes longer than 190-49 but you'll hardly have to worry about traffic.

Still gonna be a shite ton of traffic on I-10 to try to get to 110. If he's gonna take LA-10, I would catch I-55 and catch LA-10 from Fluker

At 3 you are pretty much tricked. Stop somewhere, grab a drink, then dinner, then leave. You will thank me later

Smart. Add an hour to the drive to avoid the possibility of an hour delay.

OP, leave at 2
