First, the S&WB said 7 pumps were not working Saturday. Then they said last night it was 8. Now? 14 of the 121 were offline.

What's so hard to understand about his answer? They were pumping all they could.

Williams: So 8 pumps were broken?
S&WB: Yes.
Williams: and you knew this before the rain storm started, even before hurricane started?
S&WB:yes
Williams: So why did you say all the pumps were working at full capacity? Was that a complete fabrication?
S&WB: Because all the pumps that were operational were operating to the full capacity which was provided to them.
Williams: So you know you had 8 broken pumps and some pumps not fully operational but then you said all pumps were at full capacity?
S&WB: all pumps that were working were working to the capacity that was given to them. That's what I meant.

S&WB: Yes.

14 offline pumps will DEFINITELY cause some issues... Over 10% pumping power nowhere to be found...

Our staff was not forthright, which is unacceptable."
Progressives. Love it.

The pumps can't pump until they get water to pump. What the hell does the time have to do with it?

He wants to know what time the pumps were turned on...thats a reasonable question.
Posted on 8/8/17 at 2:56 pm to tgrbaitn08
He wants to say that they weren't turned on it time, but unless we know what time water reached to pumps we won't know that.
Posted on 8/8/17 at 2:56 pm to tgrbaitn08
Why does he keep pronouncing "turbine" as "turban"?
Is that correct?

"if you start to drain a tub, it looks like the top of the water isn't moving at all but if you out your hand down by the drain the water is moving."
What Williams should've said:
Yes, dipshit, but the water line goes down. Even if there is no movement on the top, the water is going down. That's not what happened Saturday
