Heard them in the distance in old Metairie. Just barely caught a glimpse between the spires of my OT castle.

Would be a lot more entertaining if they "accidentally" released some Mark 82s over 1300 Perdido Street.

Funny you should say that.

saw The B-52's in the late 80's. Great performers

Went to school on them, worked on them, flew on them, seen too many to count takeoffs and landings during the late ‘60s early ‘70s.
Amazing then, now and into the future.

Supersonic jets should never be behind.

NVM. Just saw these were B-52's and not the BA/TB's

Take your time old man.

So the OT loves the flyover, even though it believes the reason for it is fake.

Was in my kitchen in the garden district washing some dishes

Heard the sound coming and was like “oh hell yeah the flyover I read about on OT”

Peered out my window trying to find a glimpse. Then saw them perfectly above the rooftops flying away from my line of sign doin lg a perfect bank to the North/Northewest.

Those B52s are fricking massive holy cow

One of the WWL reporters said the B52 was a cargo plane...

I guess technically she's right...

I stood on the 17th canal bridge by the lake, and I could see them flying in the distance. Looked up and they were flying directly at me from the SE! Passed directly over my head. What a show. What a great day!

Should see a B1 flyover. However, that whine from a B52 goes back generations.
