It is well known that threats were called in to many different contractors. I don't think any normal person sees a possibility or reason to shoot up the contractors, but I don't think they were protecting against normal people.

Someone needs to send the pic on page 2 to OSHA. Standing on the mid-rail is a violation. He does not appear to be wearing fall protection, another violation. And I would think having the rigging strap run between his legs and looped around the right would be considered a trip hazard.

Like I've been saying, when you account for all the salaries, the costs to store, the overtime for police, and the cost to erect something back in place this is going to cost millions of taxpayer dollars.
