I think she looks beautiful and classy. Anyone offended by that outfit needs to get a clue. Let her celebrate her graduation. I doubt she dresses like that every day.

Yeah, that was completely fricking inappropriate. Nobody's getting shot for wearing a bikini top to a restaurant (unless they're on PCP or whatever the frick else His Majesty was on). Zero relevance here.

Almost every restaurant has an automatic 18% gratuity on ANY/EVERY group of 6 people or more. Most restaurants will inform you of the fact when the reservation is made. Nicer restaurants leave it up to the discretion of the waiter.

Don't dress like a hooker in a nice restaurant and there won't be any problems. This isn't race related, it's stupidity related.
