I'm in Algiers and our biggest issue over here right now is the panhandlers. Our Next Door group has launched an all out assault on them. They are everywhere and are apparently being dropped off everyday by some guy in an RV and then picked up in the evening. Normal, 50-60yr old adults have lost their minds over it. They've gone out there and stood next to them on the weekends with signs that say "Do Not Feed the Bears." The statues aren't even on their radar.
