I'd be willing to bet you never did one fricking thing to help or improve the impoverished of our community. frick you Rex.
But i'd bet you believe you did. I'd bet you sat around and talked about how bad it is and never did shite about that and accepted that talking about it changes things and left it at that.

I still do, I never heard one complaint about the statues until Mitch made it an issue. With all this issues this city has it's an absolute embarrassment.

frick off, a-hole. I spent a great deal of my life working in New Orleans and living in the greater NOLA community. Those monuments should never have been erected in the first place... and this is a good day in New Orleans history.

So if they alter the statue of Beauregard to put him in civilian clothing he'd be ok with it?
Time to move it to Beauregard Parish.

Mitch, Grey, and Williams just babble until they're tired pandering to an ignorant crowd.
he's done three or four mic dropping one liners that i thought was going to be the end of this rant, but he just keeps on going.

Just popping in to say that I can see both sides of the issue, live in NOLA, and ultimately whatever happens to the statues won't matter much one way or the other re the greater good. However, if Rex is in here ranting about taking them down...keeping them up is probably the more sensible move. Out.

Nor did he ever think twice about any of these statues until he was told to.

Both Stacy and Latoya said it was never an issue.
Cantrell pussied out. I have no respect for her at all.

Just tuned in and could only stand about a minute of that horseshite. Another black leader trying to have a MLK moment.

Agreed. I didn't care until I saw Rex wanted them taken down.
Now I'm gonna picket the demolition and make sure these blacks don't try to erase our history.
This is our time.
