Exactly. It polls well, per people I've heard from associated with council campaigns. Moreno just happened to show up in Avondale when WWL was there and got a free 13 minute segment when they were still doing Ida 24/7.

Entergy NO bills are already higher than Entergy LA in part because of the mandates dreamed up by the City Council, and the cost differences will only grow. ETR just passes extra costs on to customers.

I'm no fan of utilities but Entergy is no worse than the next one. At least they still have a HQ in NO for now.

And New Orleans would still no out of power while all the areas around then would have power and be rolling. I’m sure New Orleans owned power company would be able to get 100s and 100s of other lineman and utility trucks here to help them
