Where do you live? There are trails and tracks all over the place. No reason for for them to ride in a neighborhood.

Does that mean you were told to frick off or you told them to frick off?

Have you tried burning their house down? If they don't have a house then they really don't have a reason to live on your street anymore.

Keep calling the cops until one of those teenagers kicks your arse.

The kids parent is porking someone on the HOA.

Modify your car muffler to be as loud as the ATVs and drive by the homes of the HOA while the kids are riding.

How long before the HOA calls the cops......

All these people saying "leave them alone" will be in the group screaming and crying when one of the kids on the bikes that are not street legal gets hit by a car and dies.

Similar incident happened with a 4-wheeler not that long ago. Kid got killed when a car collided with his 4-wheeler on a public road. As far as I'm concerned, the driver of the car is at no fault.

I've never been able to find the publication or website that lists the laws that are not supposed to be enforced. If someone can point me there, I'd appreciate it.

It's weird that you didn't include this in the op. I think you are lying, are uncomfortable just talking to them directly, and want the best passive aggressive approach that keeps you from having to directly address the kids and their parents.

Escalate it. Annoy the frick out of them as much as possible.

Or just move out of your trashy neighborhood.

Unless they are doing this after 10:00 PM, you need to get over it.

Bull shite. running around with stock exhaust is one thing, but these trashy assholes with the modified exhaust can take that shite to the dirt track. That's more trashy and annoying than anything brought up on this board.
OP, I'd complain and call the cops so often they'd either come ticket the kids or they'd ticket me. Use the street legal issue as your arguement. frick those motocross wannabes. Can't wait till they wreck.

the answer is simple.

1. buy a dirtbike
2. race them for pink slips
3. sell all dirtbikes and buy above ground pool for revenge against HOA

Pretty sure he was talking about from a legal recourse standpoint. Unless there's some particular ordinance they're violating with the noise during the day, they're making noise at night or you can prove it's causing or will cause you irreparable harm there's not much you can do about it besides continuing to complain to the cops and hit home the possibly not street legal point.

Had the same kind of thing happen in my neighborhood. Silently complained to myself and one day I found out the kid (23-24 y/o) got into an accident and had to have part of his hand amputated. I lol'd. These things have a way of working themselves out.

Where are you at? It's illegal to ride dirt bikes on the road. I highly doubt your trashy neighbors made the bikes legal.

Build them a giant ramp and challenge them to see how many of the other kids they can jump over. Someone will inevitably get injured and the parents will sell their bikes. That, or you'll get sued and have to move to a trashier neighborhood where kids can't afford motorcycles. Either way, problem solved.
