Gravity is a key force driving uterine contractions, some of the most effective labor positions are squatting. I think you would have a lot more c sections in zero gravity. But long term, producing artificial gravity through centripetal force is a likely option.

Without the Van Allen Radiation Belt and a couple other means of filtering radiation it's a moot point.
