They exist. Recieved one 3 years ago, never paid it. Renewed license and registration with no issues since. Only the dumb poors pay these type tickets.....

My son got one driving my car in Orlando and it was $256.00. It also went on my record since car is registered to me.

I got two for rt on red in BR They stopped the threats after about two yrs. read the threats close. They just say pay it or else. No teeth

If you don't stop for the amount of time they demand they send you an "invoice". Redflex ran into a problem here in Lafayette when their predetermined stop time was longer than the actual law/city ordinance. They had to change it to meet it, but it's still garbage, throw the "invoice" in the trash.

They will, but they aren't supposed to. And it won't affect your driving record or get a bench warrant or anything.

CORRECTION, the ticket is for NOT coming to a complete stop and just rolling thru the light. not many have the additional signage specifying "no turn period"!!!
people assume, it's for turning on the red, the fine print is, NOT COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP, PRIOR to turning on red...get the difference?!

FYI waze reports all red light cameras as well as cops and traffic jams. You should never drive around in a strange city without it.
