Having been in New Orleans after Katrina with no power let alone ac, and being in NJ after Sandy with no power or heat, easily no heat.

You can always put more clothes on and blankets to stay warm, you reach a point with no AC that you can't do anything else.

I don't know how people lived in the south before AC.

I'll take cold any day.

No heat in Minny.

I'd kill myself if i had to live in LA with no AC.

-10 is a little different than a cold room.

We didn't have power for 7-10 days after Gustav in early September with a 3 yr old and that was certainly pretty miserable too.

Grew up with no AC !!! Open the windows and had a whole house fan in attic !! Did not know any better ! Just like most things going on Now-Folks in this country do not and cannot survive tough times. I doubt we could survive living under those conditions in this day. In fact, I doubt if we as a Nation, could survive another War. My Family/Kids are the same way ! Any slight inconvenience-Car/Home AC-Electricity or Water outage etc., etc is a Disaster ! Unfortunately, I am the same way Now ! Sad !!

Probably because the same idiots who think heat is worse than cold can't grasp the concept of why climate change is bad

Sooooooo which one is it these days? Climate change? Or global warming?
