Man, props to the news article for calling the shooter the victim and the guy who got shot the suspect. Because that is 100% accurate but rarely how it is reported.

Not even required in Louisiana. Reach through the window or make any attempt to gain entry via door or breaking glass is all that's needed. Local shooting here went down like that, road rager started hitting the glass and took room temp challenge seriously.

How anyone would go to New Orleans or Baton Rouge and NOT have a loaded pistol handy is hard to understand.
