Did this whole week go by without everyone talking about how much harder it was when they took the bar and how all lawyers are scum.

Heard Code 3 was absurd this year. Already the most failed part of the whole week, and they decided to get cute with it this time around.

Yeah. It's a profession that's based on taking profit from selling a man what is rightfully his. There are lower things that a man could aspire to do, but not many.

If you haven't committed a crime and deserve to be free, then a lawyer will charge you money to defend your ability to be free. That ability is rightfully yours.

If someone hurts you and rightfully owes you damages, then a lawyer will charge you money to get the damages that are rightfully yours.

The whole industry is profit from acquiring people shite that they should have. frick our court system.

And I won't even start on family law, they are possibly the biggest leaches on society that we have. A buddy wanted to adopt his step kid and the law office quoted him ten grand, for something simple that would do nothing but benefit a child.

And we all know what divorce lawyers do, and what great contributions to society that they make. frick lawyers, but frick family lawyers especially. There's a special place in hell for those non contributing pieces of shite.

They mad jelly bro.

Cheers to never having to take the hardest bar exam in the country again.

And statistically, my year was exceptionally hard. 48% overall. Even LSU was in the 70 percentile (still leading, of course)

I think you miss my point. The adoption of a child should be something that is done cheaply and simply for the benefit of society. But because lawyers, judges and other profiteers have complicated the process so much, it's become an industry.

Learn to weld or farm or sell drugs. You'd be more of a contributor and less of a detriment, I promise.

We need to close Southern and possibly Loyola and limit the 1 Law enrollment at Tulane and LSU to 100 people and make the bar exam even tougher for about ten years. We have too many attorneys in this state, many of whom are a danger to themselves, their clients, and the public at large.

Heard the exact same thing. Not one redhibition question either. Apparently a new code I examiner as well. Code III is just crushing people. Heard BENI was about 60 percent negotiable instruments which is retarded but easy points. Glad I never have to take that awful test again.
