I'm replacing a PCV on my o8 Maxima. Above the engine, close to the firewall, there are two electrical connectors just above the PCV, blocking my access to the valve.
Does anyone know if disconnecting those connectors will affect any electrical systems that would require me to have it reprogrammed after reconnecting them?

And if you could be any animal, what would it be?

ETA: seriously, try a Maxima tech board

Disconnect your battery and you will be fine.

Thanks to everyone who responded.

I searched YouTube, got several videos.
Unfortunately it appears I will have to remove the Intake manifold
shroud. There is not enough room to work with my hand, nor a good view of the PCV.

Disconnect the battery first and reconnect them before you reconnect the battery.

It might cause the wiggle pin to fall out of alignment. If that happens, then your combauble shaft will have to be re-balanced!

Disconnect negative batt cable, then you can disconnect the PCV no problem.
