Apparently there is some way to export the Nike+ data to Strava...

Bro, you need to get on this for us. Figure it out and save us who are trapped

Where is lifetime data stored on Nike+ now? Like to see fastest 5k, 10k, mile, etc...

I have the Samsung gear s2. Which is pretty much the apple watch for Samsung. But the workout app that syncs from watch to phone is s health, and it does everything you state. I try to get my husband to compete with me but he is a pud ( not I'll get my arse kicked, all he does is walk)

The second from the left tab at the bottom. Has total mileage, total runs, avg pace and all the individual runs.

I guess all the badges are gone too huh? I enjoyed trying to get them. I motivated me to run on like christmas and halloween and shite

eta: Oh nevermind, i see them in the browser based site. It never tells you when you win them though anymore seems like. Logging into the site is definitely better than the app.

All the badges left with recent update I think. It had stopped giving them recently, though. I think the last badge I got was Halloween 2015 and I had definitely ran on other dates to get new badges that were never awarded.

I wonder how this works? No clue didn't do it.

Yup see all time, don't see where you can go back and see the graph of previous months/years.

my wife uses that tomtom and Strava. Only issue she has it that she runs so fricking much that the battery dies before her run ends

The reason I got this device is b/c an Ultra Runner needed one with the fancy options to last 50+hrs running(it basically has option to communicate with sats less frequenstly).
So I got this one used for $80. It's perfect for my 2-4 mile running arse. But not so great for someone running over 20+ miles at a time.

Just get your fat arse out there and run. You don't need a stupid app....or garmin watch....just go run for 30 minutes. When that feels comfortable, go 40 minutes....I don't even time myself anymore. I know how far my routes are.

Yeah, you don't need it, but it's nice. Especially if you are training for a goal. I just upgraded my watch to a Garmin 920xt. Overkill for someone just running, but it's awesome. Heart Rate, Cadence, Pace, VO2 max estimates, elevation, all automatically uploaded to Garmin Connect and Strava on my phone. When you are looking to improve, it's nice to know that stuff to see your progress. Of course if you are just looking to stay active for 30 minutes, it's not necessary, but if you are looking to break personal bests or do better in a race, it's a great tool.

You can get a cheaper Garmin Forerunner watch that will do almost everything I listed above. The 920xt just does cycling and swimming with the latest GLONASS/GPS updates. For the price of a FitBit, you can get a better pure running watch. And if you want to track heart rate, a strap is better than a optical HRM watch anyway.

ETA: and as far as knowing the length of my routes, I pretty much know mine. But sometimes I want to go on a long run, say 8-10 miles and am tired of the same old stuff. I can throw on my watch and just run until I'm halfway, then make my way back. Don't have to run on pre-determined routes. I'm a terrible runner, so I can't just assume I'm keeping a good pace and guestimate my distance off of time. Maybe one day.

Strava is the app I switched too when Nike + screwed everything up.

I like to see how I'm progressing. Especially since I'm trying to pick up the pace, but right now I make sure I go 40 minutes a day. Start of jogging and then mix jogging and walking.
