I am not even saying I would fight back with force. But if a forced gun confiscation were to happen it would be hard for regular citizens to fight back and win long term. The government has so many resources they could use to force there will onto the people. Shutdown gun and ammo manufacturing among other things. But I know this. Not a single gun I own is registered or is there any kind of information anywhere that anyone can find that I actually even own a gun and if I did my house would get broken into and I would report it as stolen.

A great deal of the military and law enforcement would flat out refuse to take up arms against their own family and friends anyway. Guns will NEVER be confiscated in this country.

Prick murders a bunch of people, so the best course of action is to give away your best line of defense?
Lol. I think not, you cucks.

It will not be an outright ban. Hell, trump recently supported a bump stock ban and the nra was quiet about it. It will be a slow erosion until one day you wake up and realize you have nothing. The republicans put a damn democrat in office and then suddenly decide we can give up some freedom. Gun owners should have a no tolerance policy on second amendment right infringement no matter who is in office.

Any man worth his salt already has all the ammo he would need in a situation like this.

My favorite part of the last New Orleans gun buyback was the people interviewed who said they were turning in some cheap trash guns and intended to take the money and go buy better guns.

Margaret Tastet, of Lakeview, said she stood in the line for 90 minutes with her husband waiting for a chance to surrender two guns.
The scene reminded her of a Black Friday sale, only less organized, she said. Like some others, Tastet said she and her husband had hoped to use their cash to buy more weapons, and better ones.
“We were actually upgrading and increasing,” Tastet said.
She said her husband told her, "If we get $1,000 back, it’s not going into any other budget.”

quote:there are around 400 million guns in America. 400 million. There's a reason only hack progressive politicians sniff on complete gun elimination. The main liberal politicians know that complete gun control is a lost battle. So they try to pick at it of the course of decades until they indoctrinate a new generation. Which is why you must oppose any type of gun control measures.
don't know if we could pull off another revolution these days if Big Brother comes for our guns in the future.

An Aussie co-worker cannot believe the government won’t take our guns away. These people come to the land of the free and for some reason want to turn it into the shitholes they left.

So cops can choose not to enforce gun confiscation laws but have to just do their job when ticketing for sagging pants or some other unconstitutional shite?
Have you not been paying attention? Because LEO's in states like Washington have stated exactly that they will not enforce certain gun-control laws. Maybe you should actually talk to some officers and then you'd have a better clue.

Because, while it is a chore, you can follow the serial number of a firearm from manufacturer, to distributor, to retailer, to customer.

And we would have lost that war if the French hadn't gotten involved
