Have you contacted corporate. Try that, and see if they will let you take it to a shop of your choice to have it fixed and they foot the bill.

Also, see if you can't work it out where you trade your truck in for the exact same truck for what you owe on current truck

Came with the truck I just bought. Wasn't exactly looking for a sunroof/moonroof, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

I kinda like it. Several females who have seen my truck also said they like it. That's all that matters really.

Yea, it's definitely a Ford issue that your vehicle was damaged during transport from one dealer to another.

Why would buy it with a cracked sunroof? You get to look the car over and decide if you want it. You should've rejected it and asked for another one right then.

And expanding on this? What have they done to "fix" it 3 times that didn't involve replacing the glass?

Really sucks this is happening but I have owned two ford trucks, both brand new and both leaked. May be a good looking truck (if 4x4 with bigger rims and tires and lift) but all of the bullshite cosmetic problems will drive you insane. Oh and wife has the 2012 explorer and the Sync systems works when it feels like it and the backup camera comes on periodically, never when you need it.
So yes, beat Fords arse for giving you a new truck that will smell like mildew in a few weeks.

When was this? I have an '08 with 5 cracks that bug the crap out of me.

Bought one last April and have only had one issue where the 4x4 was fricked up. The dealer I purchased it from fixed it for me free (it's used and I didn't purchase a warranty) and I haven't experienced any issues since.

Granted, my dad has driven F-250's for the last 15 years though.

ETA: BTW, what kind of dealership can't fix a freaking piece a glass the first or second time?

OP: get an audience with the GM of the dealer where you bought the truck. Or contact Ford. I had a Yukon with a cracked dash - a known issue with '07s but well outside any warranty - I got on a GMC message board and got connected with a brand rep who got me a new one for free.

To follow up on message boards being helpful: I know that a national Ford Service Rep posts on several of the f150 forums. She is always looking to help people out with situations like the OP is having, and from what I've seen is pretty good at getting positive results.

I can vouch for this as well. She typically seems to always be helpful when someone says they have an issue and their dealership isn't doing shite for them.

Nope, you can order whatever you want how you want it...you just have to be willing to drive around without the premium labels like platinum or king ranch
