I bought a new F150 at the beginning of the month. It was purchased in Gulfport but they got it from another dealership. When it arrived the sunroof was cracked. To make a long story short they have attrmpted to fix it 3 times and it still has an air and water leak. Can I ask for a new truck?

Sure you can ask. You may or may not be successful.

Give crackhead 10 dollars to burn truck.
Claim insurance money.
Buy a GMC.
You're welcome.

I know this doesn't help your situation but sunroofs are dumb. No one uses them after the first couple months and they leak. I'll never buy a car with one.

It all depends on the sunroof/moonroof manufacturer. I've had a moonroof in the last 8 vehicles that I have owned...I've never had one leak. Honda and Toyota just have better suppliers with tighter tolerances.

Because of a cracked sunroof that a dealer can't fix? Sound logic.

Looks like you will have a tough time getting a new one.

They will claim they have fixed it or will continue trying as an excuse.

It's hard to turn a car in after a month; I would think.

But good luck.

First problem: Should have gone with the 250. Second problem: The truck must not have a lift kit because you did not solve the first problem.

Third Problem: If you would have truck nuts, a salt life sticker and a "COUNTRY BOI" decal, nothing on the truck would ever break and a the sun roof would not be a worry.

Step One: Drive truck to Tiger stadium.

Step Two: Leave sun roof open because it never rains in Tiger stadium.

How do you flip off truckers?

OP: get an audience with the GM of the dealer where you bought the truck. Or contact Ford. I had a Yukon with a cracked dash - a known issue with '07s but well outside any warranty - I got on a GMC message board and got connected with a brand rep who got me a new one for free.

The lemon law states they can't keep it more than 15 days or fail to fix it after 3 attempts. You have to send a certified letter for the 3 attempt thing. They are coming to get it today which will be the fourth attempt at fixing it.
