Fun fact that I just mathed out

It would take like 944 hours to reach the speed of light @ 9g's

So it you accelerate as fast as a fighter pilot can handle temporarily for like 2 months continuously youd be at the speed of light

Wild shite. Light is fast

Many cosmologists think that gravity is not a force, but that objects made of classic matter are held together by the push of space. This model fits smoothly with that thought.

It’s weirdly counter-intuitive to think that gravity is a push rather than a pull.

If that were the case wouldn't the "push of space" hold an apple in place if dropped out of your hand instead of falling to the ground? The "push" would be equal from all sides and the apple would just be kind of... stuck.

Plus the relationship between planetary core size, density, and gravity is pretty well established and tested. That doesn't seem like something that's arguable in the least to me.

I can confirm this theory. When I was younger I was full of this fluid and repelled women with ease.

The missing 95% is god or at least where god hid during the holocaust

I didn’t mean to imply that classical matter is totally passive. Einstein’s theory of general relativity says that matter bends space, causing an attraction between masses.

It’s just interesting to think that the model in the article might be an explanation of how this works. “Dark fluid” may be a component of spacetime.

Would be the only thing that could.

They just make shite up and people believe it but still call it “science.”

So a theory that "proves" a prediction...?

This theory kinda shits on conservation of mass, no?

I guess I’m having an issue with the “push” of space being constant yet an obvious diminishing effect of this push the further you get away from large celestial bodies.

I brought this up before but I was watching a special on Discobery or National Geographic or one of dem damn smart channels.
A Cal Tech or MIT genius type said that there can’t be intelligent life like ours b/c We have the only proven life form that has access to oxygen.

If an average human being said this I would have like 10 counter arguments but obviously he’s smarter than I would ever hope to be so WTF let’s crowd sort this bitch.
There has to be one genius on this forum so I had was that make sense?

Dr. Farnes' research applies a 'creation tensor," which allows for negative masses to be continuously created. It demonstrates that when more and more negative masses are continually bursting into existence, this negative mass fluid does not dilute during the expansion of the cosmos.

Yea, my brain is not allowing me to understand this part.

So essentially for this theory to work negative mass in the form of “dark fluid” has to be continually created to account for the fact that the universe is expanding faster over time.

Maybe this was the case in the “dark energy” theory already, but can somebody explain how negative mass can just burst into existence?

It feels like there's a new theory on dark matter every week. Nothing wrong with putting out new theories but I'd temper any expectations that this theory gets proven correct.

So the universe is diligently fillling up with more shite that isn’t there.

I can deal with that.
