I’m with you. Of all the fluff, this is what people are mad about? Innocent businesses that got destroyed by riots that the government allowed? On top of that, it’s only being allowed as a part of PPP loan forgiveness.

The city and state that allowed the rioting should pay to repair the damage they caused.

$10 million for Pakistan for Gender Programs. Money to Democratic cities who let their cities be destroyed. I can't believe Trump agreed to this

Agreed.
He should go in TV and outline all of this bullshite spend and say I can not in good conscious sign a bill that wastes billions of taxpayer dollars while hard working Americans are left to fend for themselves or die just to protect Washington elite politicians pet projects.

I'm vetoing this bill with hopes that the elected congress will get off of their collective asses and help the American people. Soon my time here will be up and there will be no one left to fight for the great citizens of this country.

Well they’re not going to. I’d rather the business owner get the help. And again, it’s only a qualified use of PPP loan funds.

He should veto it because it's the right thing to do. It's time elected officials acted like blank checks matter to the taxpayers and legislate responsibly.

I'm ok with that, I don't see what the bit deal is for it.

It shouldn’t happen.

And if they have a problem with that, take it up with the mayor and police chief who allowed BLM to tear up their town. Sucks for the small business owner all the way around, but these local politicians have to be held accountable for their cowardice - none of which have missed a single paycheck since March either BTW

Not only will the sheeple NOT start a revolution, they will continue to vote for these same Rs and Ds. It’s insanity.

This bill is nearly 6,000 pages long. There is all kinds of ridiculous pork in it, like creating an American Latino Museum and giving the Kennedy Center more millions.

ne of the main reasons this bill has not passed was because they kept including this nonsense. Why pass it now?
Passing it is a major mistake. It basically says politicians in DC do not care about "We the people".

That's been obvious for a long time. This bill is about half of what the Republicans agreed to offer months ago. If they were interested in helping "we the people," they would have agreed to that sum back when.

This has all been political theater. They didn't want to have Trump send out another check before the election, so they fought only to agree to a lesser bill afterwards.

And I'm sure they expect to get all kinds of pork through with Biden in office.
