While jerking off is not new, Rona has turned it into a hobby.

Digitizing my cookbook in Word. I have a ton of recipes either from websites, written from family, etc. And wanted to make sure I recorded the written ones that are fading.

I have a high level of confidence that in the 6 billion years that this one acre parcel of land I currently live on has existed it has never, ever looked as perfect as it does this year.

Turning money into extremely fast moving lead and copper. Also, incremental hearing loss.

Started woodworking. Pretty nice way to pass the time.

Searched for videos for beginners. Went with Steve Ramsey’s guides. Purchased everything he recommended except a miter saw. That’s going to be my next purchase I think. I’ve made a few boxes as gifts. Window boxes for the house. About to tackle a deck and possibly a pergola. There really is a ton of great videos out there for beginners. Hardest part is deciding what to build next.

I’m now so good at strokin’ my okra that when I switch hands I gain a stroke.

The weather for the first few months of 'Rona was glorious.

I’ve cooked more, and a lot of new recipes.
I tried writing fiction but kept hitting walls.
Dove deeper into songwriting than I had in a while.
Tried to get more into gaming, but haven’t been sucked into anything new that I’ve tried.

Cooking, meal prep.
Pre-Rona we cooked maybe once a week, take out everyday. It is just Me, the GF and our dog. Both worked 10-12hr days and she is still in school. We thought we didn't have time, but you always have time, just do it.
Cooking together and meal prepping not only saved us money, made us healthier (I lost 15-20lbs), it also brought us closer.
Just the activity of cooking together is one of the best things we ever done for our relationship.
