Any chance the cops overreacted to a situation she shouldn't have been in but turned out to be totally innocent? Anyone here going to apologize?

What is a kid doing in a teacher's car at 8:30 pm in an unattended parking lot? This teacher may not have committed a crime but she isn't innocent and if her husband has any stones he'll be running for the hills.

I know it sucks but these young teachers really need to start out with teaching elementary grades.

I always heard it was 18 for men. Women were later. I don't know the age, but you get what I'm saying. These kids are approaching 18 she's getting to 25.

I'm late to this thread, and didn't read all 30 something pages. But I know this girl personally and find it very hard to believe this charge will stick. I'm not saying she wasn't about to have sex with the kid, people can change, but this doesn't sound like her at all.
Hopefully more light is shed on this and if the charges are false, hopefully her life isn't ruined because of it.

We will find out sooner or later. These cases usually come down to witnesses and what's on the phone. If something was on there at one point in time, they will find it.
