Huck Finn's should have a nice clientele.

Maple leaf bar on Sunday night. Great music and seithers kills it with the best crawfish you'll ever eat.

if you're driving in I would get em before getting in no. when is your trip? because the crawfish season will be over soon. usually around the end of june or the beginning of july.

K-Paul's lunch is the best lunch deal in the VC, maybe in the city.

Go on a weekend when Kermit Ruffins is performing at the Little Gem. Awesome show and food.

if you like raw oysters, take a cab to cooter brown's. also have plenty of different beer on tap.

I like cooter brown's and all... but I'm not going suggest it as a place someone should stop at and eat when they are visiting NOLA.

Best place to get boiled crawfish, crab legs?

Don't get them in NOLA would be my suggestion. But if you did Superior Seafood will likely have them. If you want to pick some up to take somewhere, Don's Seafood on Louisiana and Magazine does okay. You'll have to get those around lunch time.

There's a few places on the west bank who do it better, but I usually don't tell visitors to drive to the West bank,

What did you get?

This may be a "you" issue...

Look for food advice on the Food Drink Board. Not here.

Mass at St Louis Cathedral is a great experience. We always do lunch at Commanders Palace. A bit pricey but the 25 cent Martinis make up for it.
